About these terms
These terms apply to quotations, bookings and work carried out by The Bee Clean Group Ltd (Company No. 17368771). By requesting a quote or accepting a quotation you agree to these terms.
Quotations
Quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. They are based on the information, photographs and access details you supply. If the work required differs on site, we will discuss any change before proceeding.
Bookings and access
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, along with water and power where these are needed. Please let us know in advance about fragile surfaces, blocked drains, loose fittings, pets or parking restrictions.
Our work
We carry out work with reasonable care and skill using suitable methods and equipment. Results can vary with the age, material and prior condition of a surface, and some staining, weathering or damage may not be fully reversible.
Pricing and payment
Prices are as set out in your accepted quotation. Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed different terms in writing with you. Ongoing or contract work is invoiced as agreed.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Work may be rescheduled by either of us where weather or site conditions make it unsafe or unsuitable to proceed.
Problems and complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of the work, please contact us promptly so we can inspect it and put things right where appropriate.
